Finance Director, Milton Keynes, Hybrid working 90- 100kpa plus benefits On behalf of our client, a respected and forward-thinking charitable Trust, we are pleased to invite applications for the role of Finance Director. This is a pivotal leadership position, offering the opportunity to support the Chief Executive and Board in delivering the Trust''s Strategic Plan across the charity and its subsidiaries. The successful candidate will bring strategic financial insight, a collaborative leadership style, and a strong commercial mindset - including oversight of a significant property portfolio. Working closely with the Property Director, the Finance Director will play a key role in maximising long-term investment returns to support the Trust''s mission and sustainability.The Finance Director will be a key member of the senior leadership team, working closely with the Chief Executive, Board of Trustees, and wider executive colleagues. Responsibilities include: Leading the strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the charity and its subsidiaries. Providing high-quality financial analysis and advice to support decision-making and long-term sustainability. Ensuring robust financial controls, compliance with regulatory and statutory obligations, and effective risk management.
