This is a really exciting opportunity to join a business with ambitious growth plans over the next three years. Reporting directly into the CFO, you will take responsibility for the core finance function and lead an established team. There has already been significant investment into the finance team and systems, so this isn''t about coming into a broken function. The focus is around taking what is already there and making sure Finance is set up properly for the next stage of growth. There will be three main areas of focus within the role: Financial Control, Billing and AR and Finance Systems. We are looking for somebody who can lead from the front across these areas, improve processes and controls, drive further automation and really look at what best practice should be as the business continues to grow.We are open-minded on background.
