Finance Director

A privately owned property developer in South West London are looking to recruit a hands on Finance Director. The role will have one direct report in Accounts Payable and report directly into the owner of the company. You will be part of a wider team of 20. The role is very varied and broad and an incredible opportunity to grow your skill set within the company. 5 days per week, 9am-6pm.Responsibilities:This is a broad remit, with responsibilities ranging from debt and equity raising and overseeing capital market transactions to ensuring the smooth running of regular reporting and Accounts Payable processes.FinanceMain point of contact with institutional capital partnerManage banking relationships and relationships with lendersArrange debt for development projects and investments as requiredLead equity raising processes and be the face of the business with various institutional and external partiesTransactionsAll financial and tax due diligence associated with purchase or sale of properties or SPVsDevelopment appraisals and investment cash flowsLiaison with external solicitors on acquisitions and disposalsAll financial and corporate due diligence regarding external loan facilitiesAccountingPreparation of quarterly management accounts for all group companiesAssist external accountants with year-end accounts preparationManage audit process for companies owned by capital partnerManaging all Companies House and HMRC submissionsAccounting entries, such as posting and reconciling ..... full job details .....
