Finance DirectorSalary: £70,000Location: Southeast BirminghamAn established organisation is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead its financial strategy, oversee all financial operations and ensure long-term sustainability.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the finance team.Drive digital transformation and modern financial systems.Oversee management accounts, year-end statements, budgets and forecasts.Ensure full regulatory and statutory compliance.Manage external audit relationships and maintain strong governance and controls.Provide clear financial insight to senior leadership.Deputise for senior finance leadership when required.Full-time, on-site role across multiple locations.Requirements:Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent).Strong senior financial leadership experience.Proven expertise in financial management, reporting and controls.Experience producing management accounts and leading audits.Strong financial systems and IT knowledge.Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills. ..... full job details .....
