Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the finance function, providing strategic financial guidance, driving business performance, and ensuring robust financial control across the organisation. Key Responsibilities  Lead and develop the finance team. Deliver accurate financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Manage cash flow and working capital performance. Present financial insights to senior leadership to support decision-making. Oversee audit processes, financial controls and compliance. Improve finance systems, processes and ways of working.
