Finance Director

Reed Finance are currently assisting an established client in the West Sussex area who are seeking an experienced finance leader to join their successful international organisation in a key executive position. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the finance function, providing strategic financial guidance, driving business performance, and ensuring robust financial control across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the finance team. Deliver accurate financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Manage cash flow and working capital performance. Present financial insights to senior leadership to support decision-making. Oversee audit processes, financial controls and compliance. Improve finance systems, processes and ways of working. Support business growth through strategic financial leadership. About You ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified. Proven senior finance leadership experience. Strong commercial and analytical skills. Experience within a manufacturing or complex operational environment. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge. Private equity and international business experience would be advantageous.
