Finance Director Medway, Kent Hybrid working - 4 days on-siteSalary: c£80,000 + £600 per month car allowance + bonus up to £12,000 Reed is exclusively recruiting for a Finance Director to join an established and internationally backed SME with circa £24m turnover and around 60 employees. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a broad leadership role with genuine autonomy and influence. Sitting as No.2 to the Managing Director, you will have full ownership of the finance function while also playing an important role across the wider operational business. The finance team is well structured, with a highly dependable Finance Manager overseeing the day-to-day activity. This allows the Finance Director to focus on the areas where they can add the greatest value, including: UK and Group financial reporting Budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning Cash flow and working capital management Commercial and financial analysis Identifying risks, opportunities and potential financial challenges Providing insight to support pricing, investment and strategic decisions MI, KPI reporting and performance analysis Statutory reporting, tax, audit and financial governance Business partnering with the MD and wider leadership team This is much broader than a traditional Finance Director position.
