This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage the day-to-day finance function while also developing stronger financial planning, reporting and forecasting. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, the Board and investors, helping turn financial information into meaningful business decisions. The role You’ll oversee the existing finance processes, including transactions, VAT and payroll through Xero, while developing the function further to support financial planning and forecasting. A key focus will be cash-flow planning and reporting, with Excel initially being used before transitioning towards more integrated planning within Xero.
