Job Overview This role is integral to shaping the organisation s financial strategy and operations. Reporting to the Managing Director and Board of Directors, you will provide leadership to a team of 15 finance professionals and assume primary responsibility for the company s IT infrastructure, championing both financial stewardship and digital innovation. Key Responsibilities: Formulate and execute financial strategies that align with the company s growth plans. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, statutory reporting, and compliance. Deliver insightful analysis and comprehensive reports to support informed decision-making by the Managing Director and Board. Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other key financial partners.
