Run by an extremely engaging and commercially minded Owner-Manager, you will be key to providing strategic financial leadership across the business and to drive future growth potential.This is a rare opportunity to join a business as its first in-house Finance Director. Exciting is a cliché, but this is a genuinely superb opportunity to join as the businesses are on an impressive upward trajectory.You will be instrumental in establishing core metrics, implementing business analysis and to drive future growth, as well as key involvement in the feasibility of business purchase and sale. The role will involve initial establishment of processes and analysis and will require someone happy to take a “hands on” approach.Your role will involve financial planning and forecasting; budgetary creation, control and management; strengthening financial oversight and providing greater clarity in the numbers and commercial decision making.You will be a close partner, confidante and advisor to the Owner in all things financial and commercial; you will mentor the Finance Assistant; and you will work closely with the operational business to gain greater understanding, insight and business potential.Skills Required

Previous experience working with a fast growing, owner managed businessExperience within a multi-business environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partnerAdvanced spreadsheet, IT and analysis skillsPrevious experience within Property, Construction and/or Leisure would be highly advantageousIf you feel that you have the necessary skills and experience to be successful in this position, please apply today.
