Job Description Provide strategic leadership across Karibu''s finance and IT functions, ensuring strong financial performance, robust governance and the resources needed to deliver the organisation''s objectives. Act as a trusted adviser to the Board and Executive Team, building strong relationships and providing strategic insight to support effective decision making. Oversee the production of the annual accounts, regulatory returns and external audit process, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
