Finance Director - Nottingham - 4 Day Week - £75,000-£95,000 The Role We are working exclusively with an innovative and rapidly growing industrial advanced engineering business based in Nottingham, who are looking to appoint a Finance Director to play a key role in their next stage of growth. Having historically been heavily focused on RandD within the high-value engineering space, the business has now entered an exciting new commercial phase. Turnover has grown from approximately £500k in recent years to a £2.5m target this year, with the business currently on track to achieve or exceed this. With a number of significant commercial projects in the pipeline, including individual projects worth up to £2m, the business has ambitious plans for continued growth. Currently supported by external accountants and bookkeeping services, the successful candidate will take ownership of the finance function, bringing key activities in-house, improving processes and systems, and providing the financial, strategic and commercial insight required to support the company''s continued development. The role will also play an important part in preparing the business for potential external investment, including the production of high-quality financial reporting and investor packs.
