Defining, developing, and implementing the financial strategy for the next 3 yearsAnalysing and reporting on financial performance against budget, forecasted projections and KPIsOversee and implement continued improvements to the Financial and Management ReportingManaging the Finance and Billing functions of the Opus GroupDevelop and implement a WCM policy for the Opus Group. Identifying a minimum Cash Level and Funding RequirementsAssessing, managing, and minimising risk to the Opus GroupManage and oversee that the Opus Group adhere to the Statutory requirements of the businessesRequirements

Salary of £100-£130k DOE + share option once at CFO level25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank HolidaysHybrid working for a good work/life balanceACCA/ACA or equivalent with a minimum 5 years PQEMinimum 7 Years'' commercial experienceMinimum 2 Years'' experience at a Director LevelExperience in a Tech or SaaS model industry would be preferable but not essential, with a strong understanding and knowledge of a subscription-based revenue with revenues between £20-£100mExperience Leading a funding round with investors and/or banking institutions, preparing modelling and due diligenceIn-depth knowledge of accounting software, corporate principals, and financial analysisExperience in C-Suite environment and collaborating and partnering with decision makingTrack Record of Leading and Directing a Finance TeamExperience with multiple accounting packages with an understanding of what solutions provide the insight and reporting required for a SaaS/Technology CompanyComfortable creating and leading presentations, both internal and externalHigh level of personal motivation: Aspiring to develop their career to CFO levelPositive attitude and behaviour, as well as trustworthy, credible, and reliable nature: Will challenge the status quo in a constructive mannerAbility to communicate at all levelsBenefits
