Finance Director - Newton Abbot - £90,000pa

A specialist technology manufacturing business with international operations and a strong reputation for delivering innovative solutions to global customers is looking for an experienced Finance Director to join the senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Finance Director will provide strategic and commercial financial leadership across the business, leading a team of four and partnering with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, manufacturing and sales. This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing strategic financial leadership with active involvement in the day-to-day direction of the finance function and wider business. Your key responsibilities will include leading the finance function, ensuring the delivery of accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management, with a particular focus on working capital, liquidity and supporting the business through a complex supply chain environment. You will provide commercial insight to support business performance and strategic decision-making, review and challenge monthly management information, lead Board and investor reporting, maintain strong relationships with shareholders, banks and external advisers, and ensure robust financial controls, governance and statutory compliance across the business.
