Finance Director

Finance Director Location: Coventry Hours: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £90- £100,000 We are working with a well-established business in Coventry who are looking to recruit a Finance Director to join their Senior Management Team. This is a senior role within the business, working closely with the CEO and the senior management team and taking responsibility for the overall financial performance and direction of the company. We''re looking for someone who is commercially minded as well as technically strong. You''ll need to be comfortable getting into the detail when required, but equally able to step back, look at the bigger picture and use the numbers to help guide business decisions. You''ll lead an established finance team and work closely with departments across the business, providing clear financial information and helping to identify opportunities to improve performance, profitability and efficiencies. This could suit an experienced Finance Director, or a strong senior finance professional who is ready to take that next step into their first Director-level position.
