Are you a proactive, commercially minded Finance Director who wants more than just a reporting role?

I’m working with a client looking for an FD who brings energy, presence, and a hands-on approach — someone who wants to be in the business, driving performance and influencing decisions, not just sitting behind the numbers.

This is a broad, high-impact role where you’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape direction, improve performance, and support ongoing growth.

What you’ll be doing:

•       Leading financial strategy, planning, and reporting
•       Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business
•       Driving commercial performance and business improvement
•       Enhancing processes, controls, and financial visibility
•       Getting involved operationally where needed

 What we’re looking for:

•       Proven Finance Director experience (or ready to step up)
•       Strong commercial awareness and business partnering skills
