Finance Director

JHE and Partners are delighted to be working exclusively with an established, family-owned business based in Stoke on Trent as they look to recruit a permanent Finance Director/CFO. The company have exciting plans to increase turnover by 25% over the next two years. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in this growth phase, partnering closely with the Managing Director and Board to provide strategic direction and support commercial decision making, whilst having full ownership of the company''s financial management. We are looking for someone with ambition and the motivation to play a key role in driving the company forward. Applicants will have a proven track record at this level and demonstrable experience supporting company growth.
