Overview

We are working with a successful global group to appoint a Finance Director with responsibility for its international operations. This senior position will combine leadership of a local finance team with oversight of reporting and consolidation across multiple overseas businesses.Responsibilities

Lead and develop a UK-based finance function, ensuring accurate management and statutory reportingOversee group consolidation and reporting across international subsidiariesWork closely with senior leadership to shape strategy and support business performanceDeliver budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management for group reportingEnsure compliance with group policies and local statutory requirementsProvide commercial insight to influence strategic decision-makingThe person
