Job Title: Finance DirectorLocation: MaidstoneJob Type: Full time/permanent Salary: £120,000 - £132,000 per annum (dependent on experience)OverviewAn established, fast growing professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead the finance function and drive commercial performance. This is a senior role with responsibility for strategic financial planning, operational financial management, and partnership with the executive team to deliver sustainable growth.Key responsibilitiesProvide strategic financial leadership and contribute to overall business strategy.Lead budgeting, forecasting and long range financial planning processes.Oversee management and statutory reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with accounting standards.Develop and maintain strong financial controls, risk management and governance frameworks.Drive margin improvement, pricing strategy and commercial decision making across the business.Lead and develop a high performing finance team; set objectives, mentor and build capability.Partner with practice leaders and operational teams to translate financial insight into actionable plans.Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury and banking relationships.Lead or support MandA activity, due diligence and integration as required.Implement and optimise finance systems, processes and automation to improve efficiency and data quality.Essential experience and qualificationsSignificant senior finance experience ..... full job details .....
