Operating across the UK and international markets, the company has built a strong reputation within its sector and is entering an important phase of continued growth and development.This is a pivotal leadership role, offering direct Board exposure and the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making while maintaining hands-on involvement across the finance function. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Board, you will take full responsibility for the financial management of the business. Leading a finance team of four, you will provide commercial insight, ensure robust financial controls, oversee compliance and reporting requirements, and support the wider leadership team in delivering sustainable growth.This role will suit a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys working within an SME environment and is comfortable balancing strategic responsibilities with operational involvement.
