Your new companyHays is partnering with a major global organisation to recruit an experienced Interim Finance Director into a large-scale, international finance function.This is a senior leadership assignment with responsibility for complex, multi-entity finance services across multiple markets, combining operational delivery with a significant finance transformation and digital agenda.Your new roleReporting into senior leadership, you will take end-to-end ownership of finance service delivery, ensuring operations remain efficient, controlled and compliant while driving transformation across people, processes and technology.Key responsibilities will include:Leading large-scale finance services across multiple countries and legal entities.Driving finance transformation, process optimisation, automation and standardisation.Overseeing key finance processes including Record to Report, P2P, Intercompany, Lease Accounting and Tax.Ensuring strong financial controls, IFRS compliance, SOX controls and proactive risk management.Leading geographically dispersed and cross-cultural teams.Driving productivity improvements, efficiencies and sustainable cost savings.Supporting ERP and wider digital finance transformation programmes.Managing relationships with senior stakeholders, Finance Directors, external BPO providers and service-line leaders.Maintaining high-quality service delivery while implementing significant organisational and process change.What you''ll need to succeedYou will be ..... full job details .....
