Backed by top-tier VC funds and led by an experienced Founding team with a track record in scaling global SaaS businesses, the company is entering its most ambitious phase yet: executing on international expansion across Europe and North America.Role Overview

We are leading the search for a

Finance Director

to join the senior leadership team. This is a business-critical appointment as the company prepares for rapid scaling and increased international complexity. The Finance Director will take ownership of all core finance functions while acting as a key commercial partner to the CEO, CFO, and Board. The role requires a leader who combines technical rigour with strategic insight, capable of building scalable finance infrastructure while delivering data-driven insights that inform investment and growth decisions.Key Responsibilities

Strategic and Commercial Leadership

Partner with the CEO and CFO on business planning, forecasting, and growth strategy.Deliver actionable financial insights to support decision-making across Product, Sales, and Marketing.Ensure the financial vision is aligned across stakeholders and supports international expansion plans.Capital Allocation and Growth Enablement

Drive analysis of customer economics, pricing, and new market entry strategies.Ensure resources are allocated effectively to accelerate ARR growth.Partner with commercial teams to support new product launches and expansion initiatives.Operational Finance and Infrastructure

Build and scale a high-performing finance function.Oversee FPandA, financial control, and systems implementation to support scale.Ensure compliance, governance, and reporting standards meet the expectations of a late-stage VC-backed SaaS business.Investor Relations and Reporting

Support the CFO in investor communications and Board reporting.Prepare analysis and insights for fundraising and future transaction readiness.Build trusted relationships with external stakeholders including auditors and advisors.What We Need to See (Essential)

SaaS / B2B Software Experience: Proven track record within fast-growth, product-led technology companies.VC-Backed Exposure: Experience supporting scale in a venture capital-backed environment.Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, payback periods).Finance Leadership: Ability to build teams, processes, and systems to support rapid scale.Communication and Influence: Strong presence, with the ability to work effectively with the CEO, CFO, Board, and investors.What We’d Like to See (Non-Essential)
