Working closely with the Directors, this is a hands-on and commercially focused position with responsibility for leading the finance function, improving processes and providing insight to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Own the monthly management accounts, providing accurate reporting and commercial insight. Maintain strong financial controls, balance sheet integrity and reconciliations. Lead and develop the finance and administration team Manage cash flow, working capital and credit risk. Partner with Directors on margins, pricing, profitability and business performance. Drive improvements to finance systems, processes and reporting. Gradually take on wider FD responsibilities, including strategic planning, board reporting and external stakeholder management. About You Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with strong SME finance experience. Commercially minded with strong financial control, cash flow and working capital knowledge.
