Nottingham 4-Day Working Week Hybrid and Flexible Working Minimum 2 days per week in Nottingham Salary: Competitive DOE An exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Director to join an innovative and growing robotics engineering company offering a 4-day working week and flexible working. The company is moving from significant RandD and technology development into an exciting phase of commercial growth and is looking for a hands-on Finance Director to help develop its financial planning, reporting, systems and controls. The Role Working closely with the leadership team, Board, investors and external accountants, responsibilities will include: Financial planning, forecasting and cash-flow management Developing and optimising the use of Xero Board and investor financial reporting Improving financial controls and data accuracy Management reporting and commercial analysis Supporting future implementation of Fathom Finance and CRM integration Innovate UK financial reporting RandD tax credits and capital allowances Supporting asset and intangible/IP valuation Working closely with external accountants and advisers Providing financial and commercial insight as the business grows About You We are looking for an experienced senior finance professional / Finance Director with: Strong Xero experience Financial forecasting and cash-flow planning experience Management and Board reporting experience Strong commercial awareness Experience improving financial systems, processes ..... full job details .....
