They are now looking for a Finance Director to join their senior leadership team and help drive their next phase of growth and impact. About the Role This is more than a traditional finance role. As Finance Director, you will be at the heart of the organisation driving financial strategy, strengthening governance, and ensuring they have the resources, insight, and controls to grow sustainably. Working closely with the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees, you will provide strategic leadership, robust assurance, and commercial insight, while also supporting innovation and income generation through the trading subsidiaries and partnerships.
