Finance Director

Axon Moore is working with an established and successful business as they look to appoint an experienced Finance Director to join their Senior Management Team. This is a high-profile, hands-on leadership position with significant strategic influence across financial performance, commercial decision-making, governance and future growth. Working closely with the CEO, and wider Senior Management Team, the successful candidate will provide leadership across finance, reporting, controls, cash management, forecasting and commercial analysis. The role would suit a commercially minded finance leader who can combine Board-level financial insight with the practical leadership needed to operate effectively within a complex and evolving organisation. Key Responsibilities • Lead and develop the Finance and Loss Prevention teams, ensuring high standards of performance, accountability and support across the business. • Provide clear financial leadership to optimise business performance and support the company''s strategic objectives. • Deliver timely, accurate and insightful financial information to the CEO and senior stakeholders. • Oversee budgets, forecasts, management reporting and financial reporting, ensuring information is robust, clearly reviewed and commercially useful. • Ensure effective cash management and forecasting to support operational and capital expenditure requirements. • Maintain strong financial governance, systems, controls and compliance across the business. • ..... full job details .....
