The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, improving reporting processes, supporting business growth and ensuring strong financial governance across the organisation.Key Responsibilities Leading the overall finance functionDeveloping and implementing financial strategyProviding financial guidance to Directors and senior leadershipManaging cashflow, forecasting and business planningProducing board-level financial reportingManaging budgets and financial performanceOverseeing payroll, CIS and financial complianceSupporting commercial and operational decision-makingReviewing contract performance and profitabilityManaging external accountants, auditors and banking relationshipsDriving process improvements and efficienciesSupporting future growth plans and business development initiatives About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Proven experience as a Finance Director, Head of Finance or Senior Financial ControllerConstruction industry experience strongly ..... full job details .....
