Finance DirectorManchester Entrepreneurial business Significant growth aheadThis is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute, hands-on Finance Director to join an established and ambitious founder led business at a genuinely pivotal point in its growth.The business has added to its business portfolio and is ideally seeking someone with real estate/property sector experience.This is the opportunity to come in early, help shape the finance function and play a central role in turning an ambitious property portfolio into a scalable, commercially successful business.The roleThis isn''t a traditional FD role where you''ll inherit a large team and established processes.You''ll have the opportunity to build the finance function from the ground up, putting robust reporting, systems and MI in place as the portfolio grows.You''ll report directly into the Board and become a genuine commercial partner - helping them understand the numbers, assess opportunities and make better decisions about where the business goes next.Key areas will include:Owning robust, accurate and timely financial reporting across the groupPreparing and presenting insightful MI to the monthly Board meetingBuilding the KPI, dashboard and reporting framework from the ground upLeading the implementation and embedding of new finance systemsAppraising new sites, developments and investment opportunitiesProviding commercial analysis around future growthLeading and developing a finance team of two ..... full job details .....
