Finance Director

We are working exclusively with a high growth SME business who are now in a position to recruit a Finance Director. This is an opportunity to join them as they plan their next growth phase - a chance to be intrinsic in business transformation with input to the overall business strategy.Heading up the finance function and working as part of the leadership team your remit will include:Lead the finance team, driving performance, development and improvement of management informationReview and implement robust financial processes to support continued growthOwnership of budgeting, forecasting and cash management and oversee relationships with external 3 parties e.g. bank, auditors etcDelivery of improved systems including delivery of a planned ERP implementationOverseeing other key business functions such as supply chain and ITTo be considered for this opportunity, you should be a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), proven at Finance Director level within a high growth organisation. As their organic growth will be supported by key acquisitions, experience of this is advantageous.
