We''re on the hunt for a Finance Director to help us navigate our next phase of growth. You''ll own the numbers across the group (including our international subsidiaries), steer the strategy alongside our CEO and leadership team, and lead a small but seriously switched-on team. We''re growing fast, which means things move quickly around here and roles can evolve over time. Key responsibilities are outlined below, but there may be changes as we grow. We''re looking for someone who''s up for that kind of pace - and keen to roll up their sleeves and grow with us.You will be leading on strategy alongside the CEO and leadership team - turning big growth ambitions into a credible financial plan by overseeing and managing all financial operations of the business. By driving the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes - helping us stay ahead of the curve. In addition to owning the reporting and management accounting for the UK and international subsidiaries, you will lead, mentor and develop a small but talented team and help shape how finance and resources scale as we grow.
