Job requirements Contributing to discovery sessions with customers to determine their financial system requirements. This includes identifying any bespoke requirements and conditions of sale. Working with project managers to create and managing project plans for the setup of Bromcom''s finance system for customers, ensuring alignment with the customer success team''s training plans. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and setup activities in Dynamics 365, including handover details, tasks, and notes. Overseeing the data migration process, including: Receiving and reviewing data from customers, including ledger codes, cost centres, supplier information, opening balances, and bank details. Importing data into the Bromcom finance system using appropriate tools and processes. Validating imported data to ensure accuracy and completeness, reconciling discrepancies, and resolving import failures.
