Interim Finance Data AnalystLocation: Wilmslow Contract: 2/3 months (Immediate start)Rate: 200- 300 per day (Dependent on experience)Overview: We are supporting a business that has recently completed a systems migration and now requires an immediately available finance contractor to support a critical supplier master data cleanse project. This is a short-term assignment focused on ensuring supplier records are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready, with particular emphasis on sensitive banking information and fraud risk controls.Key Responsibilities:Cleanse, validate, and maintain supplier master data within the finance system.Review and verify supplier bank account details, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controlsIdentify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or incorrect supplier recordsSupport implementation of robust supplier verification processesHandle sensitive financial data in line with GDPR and fraud prevention best practicesWork closely with finance and audit teams to ensure data integrity and compliancePerform reconciliations and data checks using Excel and internal systemsSupport audit requirements and ensure all updates are fully documentedKey Requirements:Proven experience working with supplier master data / vendor data managementStrong understanding of handling sensitive financial data, including bank details and associated risksExperience with supplier verification processes and controlsAdvanced Excel skills (data cleansing, reconciliation, ..... full job details .....
