Finance Controller

Financial Controller | Interim Contract | London (Hybrid) | Day Rate Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial control, governance, and compliance within a complex aviation environment
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Prepare and review management accounts, board packs, and financial performance reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital activities
• Ensure robust financial controls, policies, and risk management procedures are maintained
• Support statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting and operational efficiency
• Support finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven Financial Controller experience
• Previous aviation sector experience is essential
• Strong financial control, reporting, and governance background
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working within fast-paced and commercially driven environments
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred
