Financial Controller Interim Contract London (Hybrid) Day Rate Negotiable Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of financial control, governance, and compliance within a complex aviation environment Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Prepare and review management accounts, board packs, and financial performance reports Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital activities Ensure robust financial controls, policies, and risk management procedures are maintained Support statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting and operational efficiency Support finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: Proven Financial Controller experience Previous aviation sector experience is essential Strong financial control, reporting, and governance background Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working within fast-paced and commercially driven environments Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred ..... full job details .....
