This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to combine financial control, business partnering and strategic decision-making within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting in line with Group IFRS requirements. Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities. Drive working capital, cash flow and cost performance improvements. Ensure robust internal controls, audit compliance and financial governance. Partner with site leadership teams to provide financial insight and support business decisions. Lead and develop a small finance team.
