Finance Controller

As a Finance Controller in the property industry, you''ll oversee financial operations and ensure smooth day-to-day management of accounting processes. Based in Maidenhead, this temporary role is key to maintaining accurate financial records, reviewing internal controls and supporting decision-making within the business. Client Details A company in the property industry located in Maidenhead. Description Manage and oversee daily financial operations and processes. Prepare accurate financial reports and statements. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Monitor budgets and provide financial analysis to support business decisions. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Coordinate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes. Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors when necessary. Profile A successful Finance Controller must have: Strong experience in accounting and financial management, particularly in the property industry. Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance (ACCA,ACA,CIMA) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial standards. Proficiency in financial software and systems. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Job Offer Competitive daily rate of £500 to £550, dependent on the level of experience.
