This is a high-impact role supporting senior stakeholders with forecasting, performance analysis and strategic decision-making, offering super-flexible working with just two days per week in the office.The role is a true mix between business partnering and FPandA.Main Duties:As a Finance Business Partner/FPandA Manager, your main duties include:Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning cycles.Oversee weekly and monthly cashflow forecasting, analysis, and reporting.Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making.Analyse financial performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure financial plans align with overall objectives.Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, systems, and reporting to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Produce and present regular financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual outputs.Support the development of longer-term financial strategy and planning initiatives.Undertake additional responsibilities as required in line with the scope of the role.Location / Office / CultureThis organisation offers a genuinely flexible working environment, with a hybrid model requiring just two days per week in the Bromsgrove office. ..... full job details .....
