Finance Business Partner Salary: £35,437 per annum Contract: Permanent Work Pattern: Full-Time Location: WWT Slimbridge, GL2, Hybrid + Occasional Travel Join WWT at an exciting time of growth and use your financial expertise to help deliver our ambitions. About The Role As a Finance Business Partner, you''ll work closely with budget holders across the organisation, building trusted relationships and providing timely financial insight. You''ll help managers understand financial performance, identify opportunities and risks, and ensure resources are used effectively to maximise our impact. You''ll also contribute to improving financial processes and the reporting cycle, supporting the continuous development of the finance function as WWT evolves. We''re looking for a qualified or part-qualified finance professional with strong technical accounting skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and a customer-focused approach. You''ll be confident explaining financial information to non-financial colleagues, resolving complex accounting issues, and managing competing priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail. The role also provides the opportunity to assist the annual budget, forecasting and audit processes. You''ll have excellent MS Excel skills and an awareness of charity accounting.
