Venture Recruitment Partners are assisting an exciting organisation in their search for a Senior Finance Business Partner on an initial 6 month FTC. This role is vital to the day to day operation of the business, sitting on the SLT it allows the successful candidate to genuinely influence decision making at the highest level.Responsibilities of the Senior Finance Business Partner : Financial Planning and Analysis Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesDeliver high-quality financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend reporting, and scenario modellingDevelop and maintain robust financial models to support revenue planning and performance tracking Business Partnering and Commercial Support Partner with the SLT and commercial teams on pricing, profitability, and investment decisions Process Improvement and Reporting Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency Prepare reports and presentations to communicate financial performance and key business drivers Performance Analysis and Insights Drive financial performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risksDevelop actionable insights and recommendations to optimise operational efficiency Budgeting and Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for central functions, ensuring alignment with company goals Cost Management and Optimisation Identify cost-saving opportunities and support the implementation of initiatives to enhance value ..... full job details .....
