You ll primarily partner with the Development team, while also playing a key role in treasury reporting, covenant monitoring and wider finance improvement projects. What you ll be doing Lead budgeting, forecasting, business planning and management reporting for Development and other designated teams. Work with budget holders to understand performance, explain variances and improve value for money. Review development cash flows and appraisals, support contractor due diligence and maintain fixed asset and grant records.
