You will be joining the digital team as they undertake major programmes and projects to update and digitalise processes across the organisation. Acting as the trusted business partner to c-suite and heads of department within the function, you will provide strategic financial oversight, planning and performance management for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring investment decisions are supported by clear commercial insight.BENEFITSThis role allows 25-days holiday, plus bank holidays with the option to buy an additional 5 days, 10% employer pension contributions, life assurance and more. RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Finance Business Partner, you will:Act as the key finance business partner to the digital department, supporting investment decisions, business cases and project priorities with clear financial insight.Lead financial planning, forecasting and budgeting for several programmes and smaller projects, ensuring funding and resource plans support long-term organisational goals.Oversee the financial performance of large multi-year projects, monitoring costs, risks and value delivery, while providing regular updates to the Head of FPandA and CFO.Partner with project and business ..... full job details .....
