Finance Business Partner

A well-established organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Business Partner to join its Leeds-based finance team.This is a commercially focused opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders and using financial insight to influence business performance and decision-making.This role offers the opportunity to move beyond traditional financial reporting and play a genuine part in supporting commercial decision-making.You will have exposure to senior stakeholders, contribute to business planning and profitability initiatives, and play an active role in improving financial and operational performance.To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualificationProven experience working as a Finance Business Partner or in a commercially focused finance positionStrong commercial awareness and an ability to understand and communicate key business driversExperience analysing financial information and translating it into meaningful commercial insightConfidence working with senior stakeholders and providing constructive challengeExperience with forecasting, financial modelling and business planningStrong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to work effectively within a complex organisation and build relationships across different teamsA proactive, commercially minded and service-focused approachExperience within professional services or ..... full job details .....
