Role Finance Business Partner - (to support SAP S/4HANA Migration Project) Based Birmingham B46 Rate 24.00 p/h - 26.00p/h + holidays (rate equiv. to 46/50k) Negotiable Duration 6 months initially We are seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support business performance through financial reporting, analysis, and stakeholder engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in financial planning while supporting a major SAP S/4HANA migration project. Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:Support the SAP S/4HANA system migration.Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Produce KPI reports, dashboards, and business performance insights.Partner with operational managers to improve financial and operational performance.Prepare PandL, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.Support month-end and year-end processes.Develop financial models and business cases for projects and investments.Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with financial controls and company policies.Qualifications :ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualified or part qualified.Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Management Accounting, or FPandA.Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.Advanced Excel skills: SAP/S4HANA experience desirable.Commercially aware, proactive, and results driven.With over 90 years'' combined experience, NES ..... full job details .....
