Finance Business Partner

Simpson Judge is partnering with an organisation based in Stockport in the search for a Finance Business Partner. This is a pivotal role supporting the Head of Finance across key areas such as management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting, while also leading a small finance team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional looking to make a real impact within a business. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified candidates are preferred, though strong part-qualified individuals will also be considered.Location: Stockport (Hybrid)Salary: 40,000 - 48,000 (depending on experience)Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with budget holders to analyse financial performance and identify variances Continuously review and improve financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency Collaborate with Operations and Business Development to ensure pricing reflects operational changes Lead finance input into the finance systems transformation project Deliver detailed monthly reporting and KPI analysis to support business decision making Assist the Head of Finance with the year-end audit and preparation of statutory accounts Develop insightful management information for the Senior Leadership TeamRequirements: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified; strong part-qualified or QBE candidates will also be considered Proven experience in a Management Accountant or Financial Analyst role Excellent financial and data analysis ..... full job details .....
