Finance Business Partner

SF Recruitment are supporting a leading organisation who are looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join their Finance team.This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant looking to make the move from practice into a commercially focused finance role.Working closely with operational stakeholders, you''ll provide financial insight, support decision-making and help drive improvements across finance processes. This role would suit someone from a Top 10 accountancy practice looking to take ownership of their first industry position.Key responsibilities:• Deliver monthly management reporting and financial analysis• Provide insight and support to key stakeholders across the business• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes• Review financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement• Build strong relationships with finance and non-finance teams• Maintain and improve financial controls and processesAbout you:• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with experience gained within a Top 10 accountancy practice• Looking to make a first move into industry• Strong technical accounting and analytical skills• Confident communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders• Commercially minded with the ability to challenge and influence• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP or similar• A proactive approach with an interest in process improvementIn return, you''ll join a forward-thinking organisation offering ..... full job details .....
