Finance Business Partner

SF Partners are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner for a business based in Cannock. This role combines hands-on management accounting with business partnering. You''ll work with budget holders and operational leaders to explain financial performance, challenge assumptions and help them make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and review weekly and monthly management accounts - Complete accruals, prepayments, provisions and balance sheet reconciliations - Produce variance analysis, KPIs and clear commentary on performance - Support annual budgets and periodic forecasts - Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis for business decisions - Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve performance and control costs - Prepare quarterly VAT returns - Support year-end reporting, audit requirements and improvements to finance processes About You - A strong grounding in management accounting - Experience analysing financial performance and explaining the findings to non-finance colleagues - The confidence to build relationships, ask questions and offer constructive challenge - Advanced Excel and analytical skills - Part-qualified or qualified ACCA, CIMA or equivalent status What''s on Offer? - Salary £45,000 per annum - Hybrid ..... full job details .....
