Finance Business Partner Derby £55,000 - £65,000 SF Partners have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join an ambitious professional services business based in Derby. This is a commercial and analytical role combining business partnering, FPandA, financial analysis and modelling. Working closely with Heads of Department and senior leadership, you will provide financial insight and constructive challenge to support strategic decision-making and business growth. You will also support confidential, business-critical projects, including financial modelling and analysis relating to potential acquisitions. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Derby - Office based. Key Responsibilities - Partner with Heads of Department to provide commercial financial insight and support. - Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards and KPIs to assess performance. - Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, risks and areas for improvement. - Provide insight, challenge and recommendations to support commercial decision-making. - Prepare and manage departmental budgets and forecasts. - Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying key performance drivers. - Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance. - Work with stakeholders across the business to gather and interpret financial and operational data. - Communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial ..... full job details .....
