Finance Business Partner Walsall £70,000 - £75,000 + Company Bonus Hybrid WorkingSF Partners is partnering with a leading global organisation in Walsall to recruit a high-profile Finance Business Partner position. Sitting close to the operational leadership team and reporting to the Head of Finance, you ll be expected to get under the skin of business performance, challenge decisions, spot opportunities and turn financial information into actions.This is a broad role that combines finance business partnering with hands-on financial reporting. You ll work closely with operational leaders across the business, providing financial insight and challenge, while remaining actively involved in the core finance cycle.You ll also take responsibility for managing and developing a small team of two Finance Assistants/Analysts.
