Finance Business Partner
is responsible for the financial integrity and analytical support across the supply side of the UK and International business. You will support the Head of Finance – Services, Supply Chain and PMM to deliver trusted finance business partnering to leadership teams in these areas. The primary focus will be supporting the completion of financial plans, optimizing operational costs, reengineering processes, and driving productivity. You will also assist in establishing Management Information (MI), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and a financial trading model to facilitate decision-making through regular performance reporting. The successful candidate must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, working within an evolving matrix structure, and delivering across an international business.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Head of Finance in the UK and International to deliver:Business partnering across Services and Supply ChainDevelopment of an internal financial trading model, providing appropriate costing units for all products and services to support profitable growthCreating compelling business cases to enhance capabilities, propositions, products, and servicesPartnering with functional and business leaders to improve effectiveness and efficiency in the supply side of the business, building a sustainable and scalable modelSupporting the development of MI and KPIs that influence business direction and resultsContributing to cultural, business process, and systems change programs while supporting real-time business needsLine management responsibilities including recruitment, training, and motivation of team membersActing as a role model within the finance team, maintaining a positive and proactive approach under pressureKnowledge and ExperienceACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification with 3+ years PQE and 2+ years in a management roleStrong understanding of accounting and finance principles applied practically in a business contextExperience in senior business partnering, adding strategic and tactical valueExcellent commercial acumen, connecting financial and non-financial metrics with business driversAbility to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and meet deadlinesProblem-solving skills with a focus on process improvementsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelPersonal AttributesEngaging, articulate finance professional who can lead by example and foster a positive cultureEncourages innovation, openness to change, and empowers othersEffective communicator who values contributions and fosters trust and collaborationAbility to ''roll up sleeves'' while maintaining a strategic perspectiveTeam CultureWe are a proactive and inclusive team committed to continuous improvement and innovation.
