This assignment will focus on establishing financial processes and governance, supporting reform initiatives and strengthening SEND financial planning. What''s on Offer Rate: £650 per day Umbrella / £466.58 per day PAYE - non-negotiable. Contract length: 26 weeks. Full-time: 37 hours per week. Working arrangement: Remote. Start: 12 October 2026. IR35: Inside. The Role The successful candidate will provide financial leadership and business partnering support across SEND Reform. Key responsibilities: Design and embed a financial operating model for SEND Reform. Lead SEND financial planning, budget setting, monitoring and forecasting. Manage budgets for the Experts at Hand grant and residual Deficit Management Plan. Provide financial modelling, options appraisal and challenge to reform proposals.
